Soft monoblock jaw for first and second operation chucking. Fits directly into chuck without bolting to a separate master base jaw. Made from C45 (SAE 1045) steel with hardened rack and guideway, suitable for flame or induction hardening of gripping surface.
Fits all 6" - 7" wedge bar quick jaw changes chucks made by ATS Systems, Rohm, Schunk, Samchully and SMW-Autoblok sizes 160mm to 180mm including but not limited to the following:
